‘Weight Loss’ – is not really the focus here at the Functional Health Clinic.
It can be a fantastic and completely valid goal. Yet the conventional and current approach and foundation upon which it this built is quite limited. Therefore, it’s really just one option from many!
We’d much prefer to focus on the ‘whole individual’ and assess our way through the process towards the goal.
Richard wanted to take a new approach to his weight loss goals. He’d been trying for years to successfully lose weight, reach a healthier weight and maintain it. Yet – nothing really worked, from various exercise programs to following diets.
