When I look back at the early part of my career, it’s obvious now that I wasn’t just learning about nutrition — I was absorbing a particular worldview or model. A lens. A set of rules and assumptions that shaped how I interpreted everything, from a client’s symptoms to their food diary to their progress.

This was the ‘Nutritional Dogma’ I inherited.

And breaking it down and building something new has been an incredible journey in finding and coaching all our clients how to Individualise their Nutrition.

Its a fascinating and empowering process to go through.

As the stress, tension, extremes and conflicting opinions and information of the be-all-and-end-all diets are skilfully put into perspective – a ‘new’ way to approach Nutrition emerges.
